수소충전소 설비 사업

수소 자동차 충전는 저장 설비인 수소 튜브트레일러를 이용하여 충전소에 수소를 공급하는 저장식 수소자동차 충전소입니다. 공급된 수소는 처리설비인 수소 압축장치에  안전하게 공급할 수 있는 수소인입판넬, 우선순위 제어반 거쳐 공급 하게 됩니다.

Hydrogen refueling station(HRS) we deal with is off-site type using Tube tailer which is storage facility to supply hydrogen to filling station. Hydrogen supplied is fed into through Decant panel and Priority panel to compress the gas to the designated pressure.

고분자 Membrane과 PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption)를 이용, 음식물, 분뇨등 매립지가스 중 이산화탄소, 질소, 산소를 분리하고 악취물질인 황화수소를 제거해 메탄을 고순도로 농축하는 시스템으로 이를 통해 매립가스 중 메탄함량을 순도 95%이상으로 올리 수 있고, 최대 88% 까지 회수가 가능합니다. 정제가스 발열량은 약 9,000 kcal/m3(저위발열량 기준) 이상으로 일반 CNG 차량등 연료로 적용 가능합니다.

The Bio gas upgrading is a system of methane enrichment by using Polymer Membrane and PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption), separating carbon dioxide, Nitrogen and Oxygen from landfill gas and removing hydrogen sulfide of foul odor from landfill gas (e.g.,the food waste, livestock organic waste etc), simultaneously the recovery of methane was also maintained higher than 95% from the landfilled gas using this system, also can recover methane up to 88% from the land fill gas. As heating value of upgraded gas is more than around 9,000 kcal/m3(LHV) it is possible to use CNG vehicle’s fuel gas.

PSA 방식(Pressure Swing Adsorption)

이산화탄소를 잘 흡착시키는 활성탄이나 제올라이트 계열의 다공물질을 충진한 Vessel에 바이오가스를 통과시켜  이산화탄소를 흡착시키는 방법.

PSA is the method that can capture carbon dioxide from Bio gas, by being passed through vessel containing  the sorbent which is specific adsorptive materials. (e.g., zeolite, activated carbon)

막분리법(Membrane Separation)

특수소재 Membrane이 메탄과 이산화탄소의 분자크기의 차이로 

이산화탄소와 메탄을 분리시키는 방법.

Special membrane can separate methane and carbon dioxide based on different size of molecule between two  gases.
